Zoom is a video meeting software that will allow our church members to meet online using a PC or Smart Phone.

How can I participate via Zoom? 

Option 1 (Any Phone: Call In Only)

1. Dial the following phone number on your phone:   1.301.715.8592

2. When asked for the meeting ID, please enter: 849 4110 0765

3. When asked for the meeting password, please enter: 270561

Option 2 (From Desktop Computer or Laptop)

Use the link below on your Desktop Computer:

• Click the following link on Wednesday: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84941100765?pwd=OXRFd3JCUnVhay9Gckk3MFBsdGFlZz09

  • The Zoom app for your computer will automatically download if you do not already have the app. Recommendation: Click the link 5 minutes before the Zoom meeting to allow your computer time to download the application.

Option 3 (Mobile Device)

1. Download the Zoom Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store at least one hour before the Zoom meeting starts. This will ensure that you have the application ready in time for the Zoom Meeting.

2. Once you download the application on your phone, open the application and set it up based on the instructions provided in the application.

Option 4 (Mobile Device)

1. Download the Zoom Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store at least one hour before the Zoom meeting starts. This will ensure that you have the application ready in time for the Zoom meeting.

2. Once you download the application on your phone, open the application and set it up based on the instructions provided in the application.

3. After set-up, click the “Join” button and enter the following meeting ID: 849 4110 0765

4. After entering the meeting ID, click the “Join” button below the meeting ID.

   • If a password is required, use the following: 270561

What Zoom etiquette should I follow while participating to help maintain the order of the meeting? 

1. Your microphone will automatically be muted when you join the call. During zoom calls, background noises such as televisions, dogs barking, and other loud noises can easily come through your microphone unexpectedly.

   • If you have a direct comment that needs to be shared or a question, you will need to unmute your phone or computer to make the comment or ask a question.

   • Please re-mute your phone or computer again after you make a comment or ask a question.

2. As we usually are during face to face meetings, please continue to be respectful of other class participants.
